Peanut Sauce

So yummy on a stir fry!

Sauce Ingredients:

1/2 cup peanut butter (I use chunky)
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Three Pepper Ketchup (Original, Spicy, or More Spicy)
2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt 

Sauce Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl and blend until smooth. 
  2. Keep tightly sealed and refrigerate until ready to use. It will keep for up to 5 days. 
  3. Serve over a stirfry or add a some water and use as a salad dressing.
