Arrange 2 to 5 oz per person of a combination of any of the following: hard salami, pâté, pepperoni, prosciutto, smoked kielbasa, or a sausage cooked until crispy, on a board or platter. Add slices of assorted cheeses including aged gouda, parmesan, a bergkäse, or an aged cheddar. Serve with sliced baguettes or ciabatta, fresh or toasted with
olive oil. As a garnish, include Original and Balsamic & Fig Whole Seed Mustard for a little crunch. Then add a few olives and sour pickles. Serve at room temperature with wine.
Add 1 tablespoon minced celery and a pinch of celery salt to 1/2 cup Three Pepper Ketchup (Original, Spicy, or More Spicy). Serve with chilled, cooked shrimp.
Black Bean Hummus:
Add 1/4 cup tahini, 2 tbsp. olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 2 to 3 tsp. minced garlic, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. cumin, and 1/3 cup Three Pepper Ketchup to food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth. Scrape down sides. Add 2 cans or 3 cups drained and rinsed black beans and pulse for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides and continue to pulse until you reach desired smoothness. (If too thick, add water until you
reach desired consistency).
Serve with corn chips or veggies.
Broiled Brie with Bourbon & Berry Cranberry Sauce:
Slice the rind off the top of a small wheel of Brie. Spread 1/4 cup Bourbon & Berry Cranberry Sauce over the cheese and broil until bubbly. About 3 minutes. Serve with baguette slices.
Mini Caprese Salads:
Arrange mini or petite toasts on a platter. Layer each toast with a slice of grape tomato, then a fresh basil leaf, and a tiny ball of mozzarella. Top with a bit of Balsamic & Fig Whole Seed Mustard. Drizzle platter with balsamic glaze (1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and
2 tablespoons sugar cooked until reduced by half).
Cranberry - Pâté Bites:
Mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Bourbon & Berry Cranberry Sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Spread on toasted baguette slices. Top with a slice of pâté and a slice
of gherkin pickle.
Crab or Shrimp Dip:
Combine 8 oz softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Three Pepper Ketchup (Original, Spicy, or More Spicy), 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup scallions. Mix in 1 (4.25 oz) rinsed and drained can crab meat
or small shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with assorted crackers.
Crackers with Cranberries and Cream Cheese
Place an 8 oz brick of cream cheese on small plate. Top with Bourbon & Berry Cranberry Sauce. Spread cream cheese and cranberries on crackers. Try Jan's Farmhouse Cranberry Pistachio Crisps for something special.
Best Mini Meatballs:
Place mini meatballs (frozen mini meatball, veggie meatballs, or click here for America's Test Kitchen recipe for turkey meatballs) to crock pot. Add 1 bottle Three Pepper Ketchup and 1 jar Bourbon & Berry Cranberry Sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours or more.
Peel six hard boiled eggs and cut in half length-wise. Press yolks through sieve into small bowl. Stir in 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1/2 tsp white vinegar, 1 tablespoon Original Whole Seed Mustard, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Mix well and fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
